Adjustable offers three medical insurance policies: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Health Savings Account (HSA), High Deductible PPO Health Plan, and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). The HSA option is 100% employer paid.
Adjustable employees are eligible to participate in a company profit sharing plan after three months of service. All employee contributions are vested immediately. Eligible employees may designate salary deferral contributions on a pre-tax and/or Roth basis.
401(k) participants are eligible to participate in corporate profit sharing plan after three months of employment.

Regular full-time employees accrue paid vacation time pro rate predicated on employment duration. Accrual for the first year of service is two weeks (10 days), and increases an additional day up to a maximum of four weeks (20 days).
Adjustable recognizes major US holidays, including New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Day. Holidays falling on a Saturday are observed on the preceding Friday. Holidays observed on a Sunday are normally observed on the following Monday.
